Who is Mashav Bar Orian?

I am Mashav Bar Orian: I build company brains and custom AI tools for businesses, I am an IDF Unit 8200 alumnus, and a father to Adam. I have used AI since December 2022, and I have spent three years implementing AI in businesses. At Kovrr I built many AI tools, and today I build for businesses what runs my own. More than 1,000 people started using AI after my lectures and content.

The method: four steps

The exact same process, whether it is a huge organization or a focused project:

   What exists, what worked, what did not, and where time and money actually leak. No technology at this stage, just understanding.

   Plan

   Pick the problem with the highest return and define what success looks like in numbers: hours saved, mistakes eliminated.

   Build the smallest thing that delivers real value, fast. You see it running on your actual work, not in a slide deck.

4. 04

   System

   Turn it into a system that works quietly in the background, owned by you. I stay available for improvements, but it is yours.

How I work

Practical and working beats perfect and theoretical. Eighty percent of our conversation will be about the problem and the outcome, twenty percent at most about the technology. I start from the business: what eats your time, where the bottleneck is, and what is worth automating. Repetitive tasks are a personal enemy.

What is a company brain?

One place that holds everything the business knows: your email, calendar, WhatsApp, files, finance and rules, connected so that AI can read them and act on them. What does an AI implementation consultant actually do?

Someone who takes your business from 'we heard about AI' to 'we have a system running that saves hours every week'. That includes assessing your processes, choosing the right tools, building custom automations and products, and training your team.

What is the process?

Four steps: diagnose what exists, plan with measurable goals, ship an MVP that delivers value within weeks, and turn it into a permanent system that runs on your side. The same process for a huge organization and a one-person business.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the problem, not on hours. First we calculate what the problem costs you today (weekly hours times hourly cost), then the price is measured against the savings. If the investment does not pay for itself, I will tell you not to make it.

Who do you work with?
